Sales Counselor

Falcons Landing is seeking an innovative, energetic, articulate, and professional Sales Counselor to join our Sales & Marketing team.  The ideal candidate will bring a proven record of sales success, preferably in senior living, along with the vision and expertise to help us achieve and maintain our occupancy goals.

This exempt position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely with the Sales Team.

Located in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia, just west of Washington, DC, Falcons Landing is a private, not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering an outstanding and caring work environment.  Our community features residential homes, spacious apartments, and three high-quality healthcare residences.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in senior living.
• Experience in a retirement community is highly desirable; relevant sales and marketing experience in other industries may also be considered.
• A demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and support on going occupancy success.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an engaging and professional approach.
• Familiarity with Enquire/Aline or another customer relationship management (CRM) system is highly desirable.
