Falcons Landing is proud to announce the addition of our new stand alone Memory Care Assisted Living community. Hillside House offers 18 private rooms dedicated to seniors living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia related diseases in an elegant, cozy and modern new building.
Hillside House, The Johnson Center and West Falls Center welcome all members from the local community, no military or government background is needed. If you or a loved one need 24-hour care, whether short-term or long-term, Falcons Landing is there for you!
