Falcons Landing seeks an innovative, energetic, articulate, and professional Sales Counselor for Independent Living with a proven track record in senior living sales and has the vision and knowledge to support ongoing success in increasing and maintaining occupancy goals. This exempt position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will work alongside and closely with our other Sales Counselor and Sales Assistant.
Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia. We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment. Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.
A successful candidate should have three to five years of experience in the area of Senior Living Sales. Applicants with experience in retirement communities is required. Relevant sales and marketing experience outside of Senior Living may be considered. Knowledge of Enquire/Aline or another customer relations database systems is also highly desirable.
