Occupational Therapist Assistant– Full time

Falcons Landing has a great opportunity for a Full Time Occupational Therapist Assistant. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will work under the direction of occupational therapists to plan, implement and administer programs that restore or enhance performance in individuals with functional impairments. Assist in instructing patients and families in home programs, basic living skills and the care and use of adaptive equipment.

Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia. We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment. Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.

What you need:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing and Senior Living setting.
• Familiar with the Optima/Net Health Rehab EMR software
• familiar with a variety of treatment modalities such as ACP
• be able to plan and implement specialized programs such as Wound Care, Orthopedic, Neurologic, UI, Pain Management and Constructure Management

What we pay:

• Hourly range: $30.00 - $35.00
