Recreation Assistant - PRN/On-call

Falcons Landing is seeking a fun, compassionate, and creative PRN/on-call Activities/Recreation Assistant to help enrich the lives of our senior residents and Veterans.

WhatYou’ll Do:

• Assist with group and one-on-one activities in Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
• Lead engaging programs such as exercise, arts & crafts, games, reminiscence, and sensory activities
• Help plan and support the weekly activities calendar
• Assist with resident outings and special events

WhatWe’re Looking For:

• High School diploma required
• Experience with seniors and/or individuals with dementia preferred
• Energetic positive, and engaging personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work at least one weekend per month and holidays on a rotating basis
