Pianist William Hume has established himself as a recitalist, concerto soloist, and chamber musician. He has performed on the National Public Radio program “From the Top,” at the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage, and Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall. William has received awards in numerous competitions, including recognition in 2014 as a winner of The American Prize, the international ENKOR Piano and Violin Competition, and the New Jersey Young Artist Piano Competition. In addition, he has received awards through the National Federation of Music Clubs from 2013-2015 and was named a National Young Arts Foundation winner. He was most recently named a semifinalist in the 2016 American Prize Competition.
