> Premier military Life Plan Community (CCRC) in Potomac Falls, Northern Virginia, near Washington, D.C. Founded in 1984 by the Air Force Retired Officers Community (AFROC). Serves retired military officers of all branches, honorably discharged veterans, senior federal government employees (GS-14 and above), and their spouses. Offers a full continuum of care — Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Short-Term Rehabilitation — on a single secure, resort-style campus.

Falcons Landing combines the tradition and camaraderie of military service with the security of a Life Plan Community, giving residents guaranteed access to higher levels of care as needs evolve — without leaving the community they know.
