  • Previous experience in Recreation/Activities for Senior population strongly preferred
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of various individual and group activities for our residents
  • Providing transportation for residents to and from outings events
  • Demonstrate and maintain positivity and enthusiasm with residents, families and staff
  • Must have a valid state driver's license
  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Falcons Landing is hiring a Recreation Assistant to work with Seniors in our Nursing and Assisted Living community.

The Recreation Assistant is responsible for implementing and leading various individual and group activities with our residents. The ideal candidate will exhibit high energy and enthusiasm and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

The primary responsibilities of the Recreation Assistant will be setting up for and leading programs (such as games, social events, exercise) and engaging residents in one-on-one activities, based on their needs and interests. The Recreation Assistant will also provide and/or assist with transportation for our residents to and from outings.
