Speech Language Pathologist - PRN
Falcons Landing is pleased to announce that it is transitioning to in-house therapy services and has a great opportunity for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will perform hearing and/or speech and language examinations to learn the patient’s degree of impairment. Evaluate hearing and/or speech and language test results. Evaluate barium swallow results and/or other test results and overall medical background information. Diagnose patients and formulate treatment plans for speech, language, fluency, voice or swallowing impairments. Educate patients and family members about the various communication techniques or strategies to cope with impairment.

What you need:
Our ideal candidate will have two or more years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Setting. Be familiar with the Optima/Net Health Rehab EMR software. Be familiar with a variety of treatment modalities such as ACP.
