Falcons Landing is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and fully qualified Sous Chef to assist in running our busy Kitchen.

Falcons Landing is a Military Retirement Officers Community located west of Washington, DC in beautiful Potomac Falls, Northern Virginia.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of Five years of experience in Restaurant Dining and Catering. Fine Dining experience is desired. The candidate must also possess experience in menu preparation, inventory control and banquets. Managerial experience is highly desired.

Candidates selected for interview will be required to take a cooking test. Final candidates will be required to prepare a three-course meal as part of the final interview.
