Sous Chef


Falcons Landing is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and talented Sous Chef to become a member of our upscale restaurant dining team.

Falcons Landing is a Military Retirement Officers Community located west of Washington, DC in beautiful Potomac Falls, Northern Virginia.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant dining, fine dining experience desired. Experience working within a senior living community is desired but not required. The candidate must also possess experience in menu preparation, inventory control and banquets. Managerial experience highly desired.

Candidates selected for interview will be required to take a cooking test.Final candidates will be required to prepare a three-course meal as part of the final interview. Personal protective equipment is provided to all staff.
