Occupational Therapist Assistant - PRN/Non-Exempt
Falcons Landing is pleased to announce that it is transitioning to in-house therapy services and has a great opportunity for a PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will work under the direction of occupational therapists to plan, implement and administer programs that restore or enhance performance in individuals with functional impairments. Assist in instructing patients and families in home programs, basic living skills and the care and use of adaptive equipment.

What you need:
Our ideal candidate will have two or more years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Setting. Be familiar with the Optima/Net Health Rehab EMR software. Be familiar with a variety of treatment modalities such as ACP. Be able to plan and implement specialized programs such as Wound Care, Orthopedic, Neurologic, UI, Pain Management and Contracture Management.
