Falcons Landing is seeking a part-time Bartender for our Fine Dining Restaurant and other Dining Services areas.

Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia.  We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment.  Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years and older
• At least one year of experience as bartender
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred.  Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the states requires earlier
• Experienced in making all drinks, cocktails, delivering food preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Salary range:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (no tips)

Required Hours:

• 16 – 20 hours per week
• Friday and Saturday: 4:30pm – 8:30pm
• Sunday brunch: 11:00am – 2:00pm
