Social Worker (FT)

talented Social Worker for The Johnson Center Long Term Care facility. The
Our
ideal candidate:
· Must possess excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
· Must be well versed in managing difficult and
sensitive situations, able to work independently and exhibit strong
interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to understand and manage confidential
and sensitive information with professional discretion.
· Experience with discharge planning, managing
referrals, and coordinating services with external agencies are required.
· Must hold a BA in Social Work or degree in other
related human services fields and have a minimum of 2 years experience as a
social worker; long-term care experience is highly desired.

Administrative
Assistant - Facilities Management (FT)
Falcons Landing is seeking a highly
motivated, energetic and talented Administrative Assistant. This position
provides direct administrative support to the Director of Facilities
Management and the Facilities Manager.
Our
ideal candidate for this exceptional opportunity is an individual with:
· excellent organizational skills, the ability to
multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail;
· the ability to work independently; strong
interpersonal skills and possess excellent verbal and written communication
skills
· minimum 5 years of experience in professional
administrative support. Maintenance/Engineering administrative
office experience preferred.
· excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and

Recreation Assistant –
FT
Falcons Landing is seeking a highly
motivated, energetic and talented Recreation Assistant. Responsible for the implementation of recreational
programming to include group and 1:1 programs for a nursing unit and assisted
living unit.
Our ideal candidate:
· must have a high school diploma
· must have 1-2 years working with seniors
· Commercial Driver's License holder preferred; ability
to obtain a CDL within 120 days required
· basic computer skills
Server – PRN
Falcons
Landing is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and
talented Server to become a member of our Dining Services team.
Our
ideal candidate:
· Must be able to perform a wide variety of services in
the dining room including waiting on assigned tables, taking orders, setting
and bussing tables.
· Must be able to read, write, speak and follow written
and oral directions.
· Must be able to work on any shifts/day in the Independent
Living and
Busser – PRN
Performs a variety of
services in the dining room including setting and clearing assigned tables, and
assist waitstaff.
Security Guard – PRN
Patrols
premises to maintain order, enforce regulations and ensure observance of
applicable policies, procedures and/or laws, HS Diploma or GED, one to two
years related experience and/or training; must have current valid driver’s
license. Hours schedule will be Sunday only from 6: pm – 12: am.
