Restaurant Server (PRN/on-call)

Falcons Landing is seeking Servers for our Fine Dining Restaurant and other Dining Services areas. This position performs a variety of services in the Falcons Landing and/or West Falls Center dining room includes waiting on assigned tables, taking orders, setting, and bussing tables.

Falcons Landing is a Life Plan Retirement Community located west of Washington, DC in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia.  We are a first-class Life Plan Community, privately held not-for-profit organization which provides an outstanding and caring work environment.  Falcons Landing has a wonderful combination of residential homes, spacious apartments and three high class healthcare residences.

Ideal candidate:

• Must possess excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Dining hospitality or Long-term care facility preferred
• Outstanding Customer Service skills and friendly personality

Schedules available:

• Weekdays:4:30pm to 8:30pm
• Saturdays:10:30am to 2:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:30pm
• Sundays:10:30am to 3:00pm

Hourly Pay:‍

• $16.00
